Problem of chinese hand writing - Microsoft Community
I bought my computer in Taiwan with traditional Chinese. After upgrading to Win 8.1 on 2013-12-2 Chinese traditional (Taiwan) was still there, but the Chinese handwriting no longer worked. When I tried to add traditional Chinese again, it was not possible since all three versions of traditional Chinese (Taiwan, Hongkong, Macao) were grayed out.

I have English Windows 7 64bit edition and Office 2010 with Chinese Language support. I have installed the CH Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan) Language Pack, and also the ZH Chinese (Traditional, HongKong S.A.R.) under the CH Chinese I have selected the Hong Kong - Cantonese setting.
